1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time
- To ensure the quality and care of your items, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, fulfilled, and prepared for shipment.
- This processing period is independent of the shipping transit time.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
- FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $75!
- Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (after discounts are applied).
- Standard Shipping (U.S. Orders Under $75)
- Delivery Transit Time: Once shipped, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
- Cost: Shipping costs for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: To estimate your total delivery time, please add our processing time to the shipping transit time:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2-3 business days) + Shipping Transit Time (5-10 business days)
Please Note: All delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) and cannot be guaranteed. External factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or carrier delays, may impact delivery dates.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact our customer support team at support@earthcreatures.com to inquire about potential future availability.
5. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
Incorrect Address: Earth Creatures is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Please email our support team at support@earthcreatures.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date (for damaged items) or 7 days after the expected delivery window (for lost items).
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage if applicable. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
